- Horse registration and documentation
- Vaccination scheduling and records
- Land applications for equestrian purposes
- Passport renewal for horses
- Event registrations and permits

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. Users shall not misuse the portal, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
5. Application Processing
All applications submitted through the portal are subject to review and approval by QREC officials. QREC reserves the right to request additional documentation or reject applications that do not meet the required criteria.
6. Fees and Payments

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
